Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Deutschland, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, Schweiz, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn, Zypern.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Versand innerhalb Deutschlands:
DHL Paket (3–5 Werktage): 3,99 €, ab einem Bestellwert von 50 € versandkostenfrei.
DHL Express (1–3 Werktage): 6,99 €.

Schweiz: 3,99 CHF, ab 50 CHF versandkostenfrei.
Dänemark: 29,99 DKK, ab 375 DKK versandkostenfrei.
Polen: 16,99 PLN, ab 200 PLN versandkostenfrei.
Rumänien: 19,99 RON, ab 260 RON versandkostenfrei.
Schweden: 44,99 SEK, ab 550 SEK versandkostenfrei.
Tschechien: 99 CZK, ab 1.200 CZK versandkostenfrei.
Ungarn: 1.490 HUF, ab 18.000 HUF versandkostenfrei.
Bei Lieferungen in die Schweiz können zusätzlich Zölle, Steuern und Gebühren anfallen, die vom Kunden zu tragen sind.

From an order value of 50,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 6 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
